This charming villa is set in an elevated position offering beautiful sea and mountain views. But being only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and the centre of Playa Blanca.

There is a comfortably furnished open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge you have satellite TV, DVD player, music centre and play station.

The kitchen/diner has an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, etc and dining table and chairs.

You have 4 bedrooms, two having Queen size beds and their own ensuite bathrooms, one twin bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds (sleeping 4). There is another separate shared bathroom.

Doors from the lounge lead you out to those beautiful views and your own private heated swimming pool and patio area. Sunbeds and a parasol are provided.

There are pergolas to escape the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine and a BBQ for the chef to conjure up the steaks and a alfresco seating area to sit and relax with a glass or wine while watching night fall and the lights to start twinkling in lovely Playa Blanca.

Also provided are off road parking, an hairdrier, personal safe, cot and high chair.
